Many thanks to the Wayne Public Library for promoting the services of the New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC).  TBBC serves those whose ability to read is affected by a physical impairment, a vision impairment or a reading disability.  Anyone who has difficulty reading standard print or who has difficulty holding a book or turning the pages of a book is eligible for TBBC's services.
