On Friday, May 14, young customers of the New Jersey State Library Talking Book and Braille Center and their parents got an up-close circus experience on a visit to the Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus at the Sun Center, Trenton. During the Blind Touch Tour, the children met the performers, petted the animals, juggled with the clowns, and played with some larger-than-life props.

One of the things that we here at the library do is leave the library!
We go out for many different reasons; to visit libraries; to make presentations on the library so that people know what we have; to promote the library at different events.
Saturday, August 15, 2009 CBVI (Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired) will be hosting an event for children and their families at Black Bear Country Club, and TBBC will be there!
If you are going, please stop by and say "hi" to Liz and Jen.
